Trade in your witch’s broom for a paddle, and join us for a magical morning at The Witches and Warlocks on the Water, a spellbinding float event at Evergreen Lake on October 20th, 2024! We are welcoming all wielders of magic and mythical creatures to this family-friendly, fall experience, featuring a range of enchanting, seasonal activities, and local vendors. 

 

• What to wear: Get ready for a magical, fun-filled morning on the water- we want to see your mystical side! Break out your cloaks & capes, wigs & wings, life jackets & paddle boards for an enchanting fall morning on the lake. Keep it cozy and comfortable with a few layers to stay warm in the crisp Colorado air. To enter the costume contest, dress to impress, to win an exclusive prize! 

• Event hours: 9:30 am- 2:00 pm 

Please note that the Evergreen Lakehouse will be closing at 2:00 PM, and all guests must be off site by that time to allow parking for the next event. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us ensure a smooth transition, making space for everyone to enjoy this awesome venue!

• Who is invited: Whimsical Witches & Warlocks, Wielding Wizards, Gorgeous Gremlins, Nosey Gnomes, Forest Fairies, Troubled Trolls, Voluptuous Vampires, Magical Mermaids, and Enchanting Elves- ABSOLUTELY, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE ARE HUMANS ALLOWED. 

• What you need: Paddle board, kayak or canoe, life jacket, water shoes. And, don’t forget your water bottle and sunscreen… witches.

Protect AND respect what you enjoy! This beautiful lake is part of our drinking water supply, so swimming is not allowed, under any circumstance. Please respect the land and the lake- helping us preserve its natural beauty so we can continue enjoying it for years to come.

• RENTAL: Need a board and life jacket? We've got you covered! $45.00 (Includes board + life jacket rental)
• BYOB (Bring Your Own Board): Already have a board and life jacket? Bring them along! $35.00

Note: If you're bringing your own board or boat, please arrive 10-15 minutes early for a quick wash to ensure the lake remains healthy & CLEAN! Lake staff will be available to assist you upon arrival. There are limited paddle boards available to rent.

By attending the Witches and Warlocks on the Water event at Evergreen Lake, you grant permission to the event organizers, sponsors, and affiliates to capture and use photographs, videos, and other recordings that may include your image or likeness. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, and print materials, without any form of compensation.

By participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to this release and waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product where your likeness appears.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the event staff upon arrival.
