Hibiscus Spritz
2 oz Aperol
1 oz Boozy Botanist Hibiscus simple syrup

3 oz Prosecco or sparkling wine
Soda water
Orange slice or twist for garnish

(Try with a few dashes of Boozy Botanist Ginger Orange, Lemon or Grapefruit Bitters)

Instructions: Fill a wine glass with ice. Add Aperol and Boozy Botanist Ginger Hibiscus simple syrup, then top with Prosecco and soda water. Stir gently and garnish with an orange slice or twist.
