Ginger Hibiscus Mojito with Boozy Botanist Floral Simple Syrup

Hibiscus Mojito
2 oz White rum (Try infusing your Rum with Boozy Botanist Ginger Hibiscus Infusion Kit) 
1 oz Boozy Botanist Hibiscus simple syrup
1 oz fresh lime juice
6-8 fresh mint leaves
Soda water
Lime wheel or mint sprig for garnish


Instructions: Muddle the mint leaves and hibiscus simple syrup in a glass. Add the rum and lime juice, then fill the glass with ice. Top with soda water and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel and a mint sprig.
