Lucky in Lavender Martini

Lavender Martini


2 oz Gin or Vodka
1/2 oz Boozy Botanist Lavender simple syrup 
1/4 oz Dry vermouth
1/4 oz Fresh lemon juice (optional)
Lavender sprig or lemon twist for garnish

(Try with a dash of Boozy Botanist Lemon or Lavender Bitters)

Instructions for Lavender Martini:
In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the gin or vodka, Boozy Botanist lavender-infused simple syrup, and dry vermouth.
If you prefer a slightly tart note, add the fresh lemon juice at this stage.
Stir the mixture gently until well-chilled, typically for about 30 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish your Lavender Martini with a lavender sprig or a lemon twist.

  • Lavender Simple Syrup:
    To prepare the lavender simple syrup, you'll need:
    Boozy Botanist Lavender Simple Syrup Mix
    1.5 cup hot water

Instructions for Lavender Simple Syrup:
In a saucepan, combine water and Boozy Botanist Simple Syrup Mix.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally to ensure the sugar dissolves.
Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let the syrup steep for another 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
Strain out the plant matter.
Allow the lavender simple syrup to cool before using it in your cocktail.
