Lavender Lemonade Cocktail
2 oz vodka
1 oz Boozy Botanist Lavender simple syrup
1 oz fresh lemon juice
Sparkling water
Lemon wheel or lavender sprig for garnish
Instructions: Shake the vodka, lavender simple syrup, and fresh lemon juice with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with a lemon wheel or lavender sprig.
Lavender Simple Syrup:
To prepare the lavender simple syrup, you'll need:
- Boozy Botanist Lavender Simple Syrup Mix
- 1.5 cup water
In a saucepan, combine water and Boozy Botanist Simple Syrup Mix.
Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally to ensure the sugar dissolves.
Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let the syrup steep for another 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
Strain out the plant matter.
Allow the lavender simple syrup to cool before using it in your cocktail.
