Champagne Cocktail

1 Boozy Botanist sugar cube
2 dashes of Boozy Botanist bitters
Champagne or sparkling wine
Lemon twist or cherry for garnish

Place the sugar cube at the bottom of a Champagne flute or a coupe glass.
Add two dashes of Boozy Botanist bitters directly onto the infused sugar cube. (Optionally, you can add a small amount of water, club soda, or muddle with citrus to help dissolve the sugar cube more quickly, but this step is not necessary.)
Slowly pour chilled Champagne or sparkling wine over the sugar cube. Pouring gently helps prevent excessive foaming.
Allow the sugar cube to dissolve slowly, releasing its sweetness and the aromatic notes of the bitters into the bubbly.
Stir gently with a cocktail stirrer to help the sugar cube dissolve further if needed.
Garnish your Champagne Cocktail with a lemon twist or a maraschino cherry.
Serve immediately and enjoy your elegant Champagne Cocktail.

The Champagne Cocktail is known for its simplicity and balance. The sugar cube and bitters add just a touch of sweetness and complexity to the already delightful champagne, making it a timeless classic that's both visually appealing and delicious.
