Classic Negroni

A Negroni is a classic Italian cocktail known for its bold and bitter flavors. It's a simple but distinctive cocktail that combines three key ingredients in equal parts: gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. The Negroni is typically served over ice and garnished with an orange slice or twist.

Ingredients:

1 oz Gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet vermouth
Orange slice or twist for garnish

(Try a Negroni variation with dash of Boozy Botanist Citrus bitters of Cafe Mocha Bitters)

Instructions:
Fill a mixing glass with ice.
Add the gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth to the mixing glass.
Stir the mixture well with a bar spoon for about 30 seconds. This helps chill the drink and mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass or a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish your Negroni with an orange slice or twist.
